RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Libera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please review the policy below.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must notify us within 24 hours via email (onlinesales@libera.lk) or Call/WhatsApp (0777 993 883).
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original price tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

Exchange via Courier: After contacting us, our team will provide return instructions. The item must be dispatched within 2 working days to Libera Online Store, 14/3 Samagi Mawatha, Attidiya, Dehiwala. Please share the courier/postal receipt once dispatched.

Exchange at Our Flagship Store: Exchanges are permitted only for the same SKU (e.g. a different size or colour) and are subject to stock availability. Customers must WhatsApp us before visiting, and visits are permitted only after confirmation from Libera.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours and return the item within 2 working days. Once inspected and approved, the full product value will be refunded within 3–4 working days. Return shipping and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item because you are unsatisfied with your purchase, a refund may be approved provided the item meets our return conditions. If Libera arranges the return, the applicable return courier charges will be deducted from the refund. If you arrange and pay for the return, the full product value will be refunded upon approval.

Refunds for orders paid through third-party payment providers will be processed after deducting the applicable payment provider commission:

Koko: 10%
MintPay: 8%

The applicable commission will be deducted from the final refund amount.
